How many miles, any more info?

Cold, warm, anything out of your ordinary routine? How'd it run once started?

You say new battery.

Has it been in long enough to be depleted if you are having charging problems?

Tried jumping it? (goes along with the above comment, verified that the battery still has juice).

By warm or cold I meant the motor.

when it doesn't start, is it just a click and then nothing? I've been having the same problem. They've replaced the starter twice and had it for 2 weeks total and it still does it

This seems to be a growing problem.

Has anyone tried replacing the engine ground strap? Maybe just add another one, directly from the battery negative terminal.

Had the same problem once when off roading on a hot day. Stop and start all day long and then nothing . Would not turn over , could not boost it and could not pull start it. Like it was not reconizing the key. Pulled the cables off the battery and that reset the computer and all was good. No problem since. try that an see.

Bet that pit in your stomach when it wouldnt start up instantly went away. I love that wash of relief when some higher power smiles upon you every so often.

Try this thread there has been alot of us with similar problems. I had my range sensor changed and haven't had any problems since. It's a long thread so grab a brew and read up.
