Default Squeak from Braking

I've been recently getting a squeak while braking. Seems to be rhythmic and determinate on what speed I'm going (faster speed more frequent squeak, slower speed less frequent squeak).

As well it only happens with light braking, hard braking makes it go away completely. And lastly it can be heard lightly when turning left, maybe thats just me being at the drivers window though.

Sprayed all the pads with brake cleaner, and I've pulled both drivers side pads and sprayed brake quiet on the backs (the tacky stuff). All the pads have good life on them too.

So far nothing has helped, and the Jeep is at about 20k.

is this on front or rear?
does it happen when brakes applied or all the time or worse when applied?
is it intermittent or constant?

possible causes:
1. warped rotor
2. the pad clips might be out of place, missing, or broken
3. faulty brake pads (it happens) i just switched out a front set that were only couple months old, i was not the only person to complain of this noise problem at the parts store. looks like some bad sets were manufactured
4. bent axle shaft, if the axle or flange is bent, this will cause brake issues
5. glazed pads or glazed rotor

there might be more, but this is what i have been through
