Any time a vehicle goes back to the dealer for repairs it has to be inspected almost as close if not closer than when it was first purchased........They are usually in rush for you to sign and pay for the work , then they bring the vehicle around give you the keys and disappear. From now on I will have the jeep brought around first THEN look it over VERY carefully, BEFORE any paperwork is done !!

i had the same dent within the 1st hour of me leaving the dealer, upon prep they fail to attach the strap and the door swung open. I brought it back to the dealer...long story short I brought it back to the dealer blamed them, got it fixed at my dent guy, they reimbursed me $100 and there is no trace of the dent..... Paintless dent removal took 25 minutes and no parts removed...
