I just looked up the part numbers and the MSRP from jeep is $21.20 each for the knobs. Mopar Online Parts dot com has them for $14.60 each.

The rear clips are $5.46 each

and the Short screws for the 4 door top are also $14.60 each.

It's going to be next to impossible to find someone that is willing to part with this stuff for cheep cause it goes with the top. No reason to have the hardware and not the top.
