Windshield solution
Three attempts to stop whistling (with no leaks just placement issues) solved by simple plastic trim installed by glass shop. Looks good, no whistling and withstands much more rock hits before cracking.

If you have a whistle try to stuff a paper towel where you think it's at. If it stops go back to the auto glass shop and have the try to reseal that area with a black silicone or urethane. After a new install it shouldn't leak or whistle, meaning the shop probably didn't seam their urethane well enough or the drive-away time was to soon before the urethane started to cure. A full cure can take 24-72 hrs depending on RH, but they are typically safe to drive away after 15-30 minute wait for initial cure, all of which depends on the type of urethane.
Good luck!

It may not be ur windshield leaking air, it may be the winshield frame at the point where it folds down. Could have the common air leak between cowl and windshield frame. Get some painters blue tape and tape all the way accross that groove between them on outside of jeep and go for ride and see if whisle returns, if so then remove that tape and tape around windshield glass and frame and repeat drive. If thats not it then remove that tape and install tape accross the top of frame to the ttop or softtop headdder and repeat drive. If that doesnt resolve it then last thing to try-while still in the test drive, change ur air controls position from vents to floorboard or windshield and see if it changes.

Very unlikely if it's whistling the same after R/I that it's the windshield. The JK windshield replacement is as simple as it gets, it would be near impossible to mess it up the same way twice.
