Default Slave cylinder

Anyone know why since 2007 my dam slave cylinder has gone out 3 times literally just replaced it last year. Ripped on it yesterday jump in it today bam soft pedal again and fluid on the ground leaked from the actual slave cylinder 3/3 times. Such an epic fail don't understand why it keeps failing lol any tips will be entertained.

Neither of your photos seem to show anything having to do with your issue. Can you post a picture of the leaking slave cylinder? Also, I doubt that engine modifications, axles, or brakes would have anything to do with your issue. Being that this isn't a common issue, do you think clutch technique or environmental conditions could be a factor?
