I actually refer to mine dogs nails as gin sue knives, they are leathal.

Renegade, I actually had measured the depth with the seats up for someone a week or so ago and will try and find it.

Found it, it comes up to 37.5" and that is from the bottom of the seat to the door sill....

Even better!

Thank you everyone, with this information I dare to pull the trigger without seeing 4dr in flesh. This forum is so nice! There is so much information what you
can not get from dealer (unfortunatly some of them dont seem to know much about special vehicles nowadays)

Just final question to be decided with wife - colour

I agree, my salesman had no clue about dimension differences, the change in optional gear ratio from 07 to 08 and that the 3.73 came standard with the tow-package or even the difference between the fuel capacity between the 2 door and Unlimited. It is kind of frustrating, but that is what they have the Jeep website and forums for.

I have two St. Bernards. One is 135 pounds and the other 175 pounds. Both fit in the rear trunk area behind the seat in its upright position.

Wow, that's worse than it is on this side of the pond. Are there any options for having one brought in from somewhere else in the country or neighboring country? Not really sure how all the laws work in regards to that over there.

From nother country, I think it is no no. I think that the long
waiting time is because we have quite limited allocation from the factory...also production cannot meet the demand. But this has been discussed in nother threds.....

There might be also chance that they can squeese few Rubis between, but
then again everyone wants their cars asap....
