When I worked for Ford l, we would replace that type of complaint as long as the vehicle met the 3yr/36,000mi criteria, with no questions asked. I would take it to your local dealer and ask them to replace the seat cover.

Yesterday was approved for new cover from Chrysler. Also had door hinges repainted in January, now hood hinges are flaking. Also approved for painting.
