Default Seat Belt NOISES

2007 rubicon 4 door.

both rear seatbelts make a 'ratchet' type noise when the kids are pulling them across their lap, or taking them off...should these be replaced?

also, i have had a high pitched squeak (inside the jeep) now since i have owned this thing, 3 times brought in for it, once supposedly fixed, 2nd time they couldnt hear it, and now today its in, he heard the noise, and i THINK its the rear passenger seatbelt assembly vibrating, making this most IRRITATING noise over small bumps etc...

anyone else?

so, the service calls today and says that only ONE seatbelt is being replaced, because the guy could only replicate the noise (the high pitched squeak I HOPE, and the 'ratcheting' type noise when pulling the seatbelts out and in)...but BOTH seatbelts make this ratchet noise....

i have never had a positive experience with service...they said they only ordered one and that i'd have to pay for the other if i i wanted it....i cant believe he could only replicate it on the rear right side...EVERY TIME my kids sit in it, BOTH belts make the noise....EVERYTIME.

ill be showing him it friday when they replace the one side....
