That's it man. I couldn't believe it when I pulled that thing apart, but as soon as I saw it I understood why my seatbelt would lock up when the jeep was at the slightest angle. I can imagine even a bumpy road could have that little ball jiggling out of place and hence pushing that orange tooth up and jamming into the locking mechanism. That picture is actually with the orange tooth locking it. This isn't great quality when blowing it up, but look at this damn leaf holding the tooth higher -
