I'm at sears now to buy a wrench set but I'm not sure if the bolts on the jk are metric or standard?

There are some of both kinds. Mostly standard though. If you tell us which bolts we could better assist

Get metric and go up to 19 or 21mm.

Reason #154 that jk-forum.mobi is AWESOME!!!!!

Before, you would've possibly bought the wrong set, not found out until you got home to try it out, then came online to ask us, then drive back to the store. Now, you only have to wait like 2 minutes for someone to see the post and reply.
