I sincerely appreciate your tremendous commitment to customer satisfaction. It is my belief that, once the plastic has been replaced, you will have restored my faith in both Daimler-Chrysler and in you personally, Cynthia.

I am sending that! Excellent response, I love it!!!

I added the following to the reply:

"PS - There are about 1400 other JK owners that I have passed your reply on to and I believe all of them will respond to you in kind."

Default Got a reply from DC.....

I sent in what was discussed earlier and here is what I got back. Again, extremely helpful:

Dear Thomas:

Thank you for your reply to the DaimlerChrysler Group.

I would suggest that you stay in contact with the service department at
your local Jeep dealership concerning this matter. They will be able to
inspect your vehicle and determine if the concerns you are describing
are warranty related.

Thank you again for contacting the Chrysler Group.

Sincerely,

Cynthia

I say we pick the largest dealer in the country and all of us drive there and stand in line at the service dept witth the same complaint. Let the line flow onto the showroom floor.

In know it won't happen, but it would make a big statement.

You guys are going to love this one. Could someone run it through their bullsh*t filter and explain what it says. I think it came from Cynthia's sister Sheila.

I had written to complain about not having a flash to fix the odometer/speedometer for larger than stock tires. Here is the response.
