Is a Sahara any better than a base model?

Its a shame that only the '07 non Rubicons were available with 4.10s.

Sahara's are nice pavement princesses, if your going to use it like this then get a base model or Rubicon if you have the coin....

I agree, that is pretty bold for a first post, somebody must like to make waves wherever they go.
Power locks and windows have been standard on Sahara since at least '08, maybe not in the U.S tho, hell I didnt even know you could buy a 2WD JK but apparently you can in the U.S.

In Canada they were standard features, with side steps, Yes essential seats....

Only options in Canada for the 08's from what I remember:

1) tow package - 3:73 gearing vs standard 3:21 gearing
2) LSD
3) Side air bags
4) Dual top
5) Auto vs 6 Speed
6) MyGig

Now I don't remember if they had a 17 vs 18 " rim option when I bought in Nov 07? I don't think they did...but not certain.

2009 doesn't have HD suspension option because all suspension is the same in 2009 .. suspension is 2009 was based on tow package and/or hardtop option no model.

No Half-Door option on Sahara ... due to required power package.

Im looking at a 2009 Sahara Now.

And the book says it has front and rear locking diffs standard!

Btw,,, This is at $29,950 msrp. 2009.

They are taking off $1500 Jeep rebate, and $1500 dealer discount.

Any more meat in this deal?

Thanks all
