Is a Sahara any better than a base model?

I love my Sahara, power options, wheels and all....
Its my weekend driver (I don't even drive to work) and I like the convenience of the power locks and windows, AC is great on a hot muggy rainy day. I like the look of the bigger tires and I even like the Sahara logo.
Don't care much for the silver bumpers though...
I might be wrong, but on the 08 Sahara I thought the AC was standard as well?

Sahara?
I bought my 07 Sahara as a leftover in 08 and got what I considered a pretty good deal on it. For my money I got 4:10 axles, auto trans, a/c (2DR),sirius, YES seats, cruise control, Red Rock Crystal paint(really sharp when it's all shiny)and what amounts to 32" tires. Is it better than an X? In my opinion just slightly for the few extras I got. I wish I had gotten a Rubicon just for the locked D44's and low range transfer case. But you have to work with what you have and I'm having fun building up my Sahara.

Well page 18,, they arnt numbered of the 2009 Jeep Wrangler brochure I got the from the Dealer says,, mid paragraph...

Standard: 3.8 lSMPI V6, Command trac 4wd, Front/Rear Electronic Locking Differentials,Next Generation Dann 44 Heavy Duty Solid Rear Alxle, High Presure monotube Shocks with Low speed Tunable Valve technology. ect ect ect.
So whats the dealio with this.
There is an limited lisp diff for the X model, at about $295 add.
Whats the front diff then if the Sahara isnt front and rear?

Yeah, I don't have to reach across in the morning to roll down the window just to wipe off the condensation from sitting there over night. If I want to talk to someone on the passenger side I can hit a button, roll down the window. When I got to a car wash hit two buttons, up they go.
Hit another button my jeep is locked/unlocked.
Hit another button, I'm cruising.
Sahara's are kewl.
