Rubicon 10a Unlimited springs and stock Altitude Unlimited shocks
Hey everyone! I've got a quick question that I'm sure has been answered a million times on here but I can't seem to find it! I got a killer deal on a set of Rubicon 10a Unlimited hardtop springs that I'm looking to put on my 2015 Altitude Unlimited. Here's my issuse....is it necessary to change out the stock shocks if I upgrade the springs or will they be able to handle the additional "lift"/compression ratio? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

If all your changing is the springs then the stock shocks are fine.
Don't go by what the springs are coming off as much as what the spring rates are. The 19/60 springs would give you the most height.

I just saw you have a four door and you're using 4 door coils. You might not get any actual lift.

From my understanding the part numbers for the 10th anniversary model were different than the ones on there now in regards to the last two numbers....

Your current coils are on the firmer end so sell them to someone with a two door. They should get a small lift.
