Rubbing noise

Rubbing noise
I have a brand new 08 JK unlimited less then a month old. I知 getting a weird vibration/rubbing noise from the front end. It痴 very sporadic and hard to replicate. I only hear it at slower speeds less then 20 mph. I have checked for signs of rubbing with no luck. I知 going to try to run it by my dealer, but I have a feeling the there not going to hear it. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this same issue.

I think that I found the fix in the form of a TSB, but the problem is my jeep was built after the TSB. So it should be fixed from the factory right? Here is the TSB that most resembles my problem.
