Default Rock Rails

2015 Stock Rubicon Unlimited. Came with rock rails. I just want to know what my options are for adding side steps without changing out the OEM rock rails.

I added the ACE JK Rock Sliders to my Rubi along with the rails it came with. Functions as a step and gives a little more protection (in the parking lot too). They bolt right on.

Barricade rock rails with the Rubi rails left in place are an excellent choice.

Check out the Beefcake Sliders from Offroad Alterations. They come in either square or round tubing. These things seriously take a beating. I prefer the square tubing personally, and mine are getting sent out for white powder coating. Can't wait! The guy seriously makes some of the most beautiful welds.

I like those square tubing rails. Very nice. But I want to keep the rails that came with the Rubicon for right now and just add a means for stepping in and out of the jeep easier.

Maybe you should look at adding the step/slider tubes to the rubi rails. Jeep swag or a to z fabrication have the pre bent, ready to weld on kits

I've seen this done, me personally I would rather remove the Rubi rails and replace with a frame mounted tubing design.

This is what I have. I also bought some "grip paper" to stick on them. Not that they are slippery but with having a lift it helps those that are aren't used to getting in and out of the jeep.

Those looks really good. Looks like they are frame mounted too.
