Default Replacing stock steel wheels. Need help!!

I want to replace my stock 16x7 steel wheels on my 2008 jk with OEM aluminum 16" wheels. I found a guy with 16" OEM alums from a 2007 but he is out of town and pretty clueless. Does anyone know if the backspacing is different? I have searched but can not find the answer

Thanks

If I'm not mistaken the backspacing on all the factory JK wheels is the same...6.25

Make sure they are really 16" not to many are. I am not sure about 2007, but they don make 16" aluminum ones now.

If I were you, I would just paint your wheels black. I think they look great that way.

I know a lot of people like the black look but I am just not a fan. I have yet to see a white jk like mine with black wheels that I like, so I have been searching high and low for some alums in 16" as the JK i just bough has brand new 285/75/16s

Thanks

Most people paint their wheels black using Plasti-Dip or Rustoleum Bed Liner.

I personally use Rustoleum Bed Liner on everything. I did my bumpers, steps, wheels, hi-lift jack, grill inserts, light bar, and other misc items with it.

I've used Bulldog Applicator spray (Walmart) on a lot of different metal then spray over. Help the paint stick. From there any good spray paint will work.
