Default Removal of stock exhaust pipe

I'm in the process of removing my exhaust and I have everything all undone but I can't seem to be able to take the pipe out. Are you guys cutting the pipe or is there some special way to get it out?

Some quick help would be greatly appreciated.

This is on a 4-door by the way.

Are all of the hangers disconnected?

yes, everything is unhooked, detatched, whatever you want to call it. The pipe is loose. I just can get it out. The bar to the t-case mount is in the way and the pipe has too many bends to take it out over the axle.

damn, I knew I should have bought a bigger hammer. Ok, well, perhaps I'll keep trying to wiggle/pry it out. Thanks.

Little tip for the future, jack up the frame a little to provide some more clearance between the axle and the body and the pipe will come right out the back.

To resurrect and hijack a dead thread: the bolt for the c clamp right after the y pipe won't break loose, anybody got ideas of how to get it off? Will I be alright if I just cut the pipe right in front of the clamp since I'll be using a new clamp anyway??

You can soak it real good with PB Blaster and let it sit overnight.

I'm gonna go pick some up. Does it freeze? I wanna spray it tonight then jack the Jeep up on a lift in the morning but it's currently 26° out. I guess I could always spray it in the morning ....

you can also cut the clamp at the y-pipe and use a dead blow hammer to bang the intermidiate pipe off
