We use to mix up our own gear lub, (ATF and STP) for viscosity we used the drip count method to get around 30W ( less horse power use ) and more put on the ground, for the 1/4 mile. Please do not use this method use your 75W90 weight

Red Line 75W90 Gear Oil works both conventional and limited-slip. 75W90 is preferred for most racing applications. It contains friction modifier which is recommended for limited-slip units.

Did the diffs today. Everything went smoothly, but getting the oil in the diff was an exercise in contortionism. I am happy with the it is running again.

JKay, Red Line is $13.00 a quart at Napa.

You can buy a pump-top that attaches to the oil bottle. (like the pump on liquid hand soap or lotion). Most autoparts places have them.
