Rattle in 2012 unlimited
I have an odd rattle in my 2012 unlimited - it happens when i am just starting from a stop and it sounds like it is coming from under the vehicle. Almost sounds like something is loose but it does not do it all the time and only when I accelerate. Thoughts?

Check your heat shields for cracks at the welds that connect it to the exhaust. pry on the weld with a flat head screwdriver and if you find a busted one put a large Oring on and tighten it down.

I think I have the same rattle. It almost sounds like a heat shield or something around the exhaust. Sounds like it is driver side under the rear door, but I can't figure it out yet.

I get a rattle from the front passenger seat hardware coming from underneath. Comes and goes when I move the seat back and forth, but annoying nonetheless. Keep forgetting to try and put some lube on it before making a full fledged dealer trip.
