Question about stock hard top
I'm selling my factory hard top that came on my 08' Rubicon (2 door), and it is in storage currently. A prospective buyer asked me a question that I can't seem to remember the answer to. He wanted to know how the glass on the back secures, does it lock automatically with the car locks or does it require a key? And if it requires a key, is that lock specific to my keys or would his keys work? I haven't used this top in a very long time (obviously), so I honestly can't remember.

The glass gets trapped by the rear gate and that locks thus preventing the glass from being raised.
Unlock (key or fob/power), Open gate, raise glass.
Lower glass, close gate. Lock.
Unlock (key or fob/power), Open gate, raise glass.
Lower glass, close gate. Lock.
