Just remember you make sure the doors are unlocked or when you reconnect the harness the alarm will go off.

I've seen plenty of strong men who never work out. Women don't go to the gym to lift weights and get stronger they go to keep tone.

My method: Lower the windows when taking off. While picking up and walking to the Jeep I carry while standing on the outside of the door with one hand on the interior handle and the other on the bottom lip of the door. Sometimes I'll rest the window frame on my shoulder for the long walk and bring one hand from the bottom lip of the door to the mirror for balancing. Once I get to my Jeep I hoist the Jeep up a bit so I can use my thighs to lift the door to the right height and drop them in the posts (@ a 90 degree angle from the body)

ps. If I can put a door on....after 2 hip surgeries and some back problems....Anyone should be able to put the door on so long as they can lift it.

You can also use the door handle on the outside as a carry handle, and your other hand on the bottom, and after rotator cuff surgery early last year I have no problems removing and reinstalling.

This is true! I was putting a rear door on the other day, and I scrapped my thumb up in the access hatch when the alarm went off and caught me off guard.

I have a 4 door my room is all the way in the back so it take me like a hour for the doors and top but its so worth it... i roll my windows down and use the grab handle inside... and the top i take it off by my self sometimes i tell my little sister to help me balance it out but other than that im 17 and its pretty darn easy for me but maybe because i don't have power locks or windows...

^^ Sorry man...that sucks! I had a retention strap break in a heavy wind and my door flew forward and gave me a nice dimple. Carnage from wheeling is fine, carnage from stupid stuff sucks.

I also have a small dimple lol. But I have a great hookup with my local body shop so I brought it to him the other day and he straightened it back out in a matter of seconds. Good excuse for a nice flat black bed liner strip down the side that will also not scratch from rock hits.
