so I have the choice between Chinese BJ: Crown, Alloy USA, Synergy, Dana, Omix-ada or American Terraflex and Dynatrac.

Dynatrac are way to expensive so that leave me with Chinese vs Terraflex. They are so young on the market that it is hard to find a good review, anyone have experience on the TF one ?

I have put 35000 miles on the synergy balljoints with 37s. They have zero play in them as of now. Just greased them up yesterday.

I have at least 80k or more on my NAPAs, lots of overland style off roading etc, and mine are solid. I would really go with those. I Use my Jeep a lot....more than most people actually. My Joints and suspension takes a good workout...

At the end of the day I put back the same thing just to keep maintenance easy. Any rebuild able joint require to disassemble most of the frontend anyway to rebuild them.
took us 7 hours to do all 4, not much issue except on the passenger side I was unable to use the impack gun as the press was to close to the spring is this normal or my C are starting to bend ?

You put stock back in? They are barely adequate for a dodge dart, let alone a heavy off road vehicle. mine were completely toast at about 10k. So, when I go back, I have about 150k on my new ones. not 80k.

I got 104,000km on my stock BJ jeep was 100% stock up to that point in time.

Did Synergy at that time when I moved to 33s, no issues, 175,000 Kms on the clock

Hey guys, how can you tell if your ballpoints are bad?....I have tested the jacking it up and I have a little bit of wiggle...also I had gussets welded on....possible my BJs melted?....I hear a bad grinding coming mainly from the passenger side and changed my brakes and that was not the issue. Could it be my bearings?....please help!
Also running 35's.

If you can see movement, they are bad.
