Default Power steering Unit

I'm seeing a coating of fluid on the top of the pump housing in front of where the high pressure hose goes in. It's not the hose leaking, looks like it's seeping from the unit, where there appears to be a seal below the shiny square part with the four corner bolts. There's a bolt in the middle too, What's that one for? It's different than the corner bolts.. The top of the square unit looks like it has a top housing that's about 1" thick. Held by four bolts as I said. Autoparts stores, like Advanced and Autozone don't carry this rubber seal or is it part of the diaphragm acting as both seal and diaphragm ? Who knows? Thanks.

Usually when a steering pump starts leaking it is time for a replacement unit. They don't last forever, and Jeep pumps take a beating.
