You asked so I will answer, Mazda Rotory. Fun little engine, but what a piece of crap! Burns a quart of oil every 3k miles for the first 20K miles. and by the time you hit 50K. You add as much oil as gas.

the last 25 posts have been people who seem to know so much more then Chrysler or atleast they think they do.

I am shocked why some of you didnt just build your own car instead of buying one.

THe fact of the matter is it is a new car. If I wanted to try to decifer problems I would have bought an old car.

FACT:

Attempt #1 flash
Attempt#2 replace lifter
Attempt#3 replace head

(in the unlikely even you get a sloppy installation of your replacement head well too bad three strikes and their out buy it back Thats the lemon law (atleast in my state) you got three attempts to fix a problem and if the third attempt does not succeed there is no 4th.

It seems to me Chrysler would stop wasting two attempts (#1 and #2) when they know its not going to fix the problem in order to give their dealers more opportunities to fail. Why would they waste two valid attempts to fix it with fixes that they know are not goint to work.

I say this because when i was last at my delaer a man was leaving with his Ram 1500 whihc had the head replaced. He called a few minutes later and was crazy mad because his new head replacement was pouring oil all over the engine. If this was say my attempt three to fix a problem well in NC Chrysler jsut bought them a new car.
I know everyone thinks I am super paranoid but I already have a nice file on y computer with the state attorney generals office information as well as the national Highway Safeft board. Yeah I dont care what you think about me as someone else stated no one knows who anyone is and everyone can hide behind some silly screenname but YES I am layinng low but after three attempts to fix the problem they will buy it back.

I dont know why they do that I would assume its to try save money, and hope it fixes the problem.

As i posted before i had Ford buy back one of my trucks a 2005 f-250 because of some issues truck only had 7k miles on it that cost them $65k

BTW it has to be three times for the same exact thing...

like three lifters..

three heads...

not one of each or more than thirty days in the shop at least thats here in Ca.

seems by now though they would realize that IT IS NOT fixing the problem again just wasting valid attempts.

in North Carolina it is three attempts t fix the same problem. I am thinking of a leak for instance. They can try gluing it sealing it or replaciing a seal but if it still leaks after three attemts its theirs.

The only person here making things personal is you. All you seem to want to do is complain. And you're just acting like a fussy little baby because you've not being properly validated and high-fived.

You keep constipating this thread by saying the same thing over and over. Can you wait to post again until you have some new information to share or a new idea or point to make?

So if this is indeed a known issue and I believe it is and from their own admissions in the media it is ,wouldnt this be three attempts at fixing the same problem? And if they tried worming there way out of it or claiming it was not three attempts at fixing the same problem wouldn't that constitute fraud?
