Dont patronize me and tell me to be a nice guy or I m not handling it right I was jsut sold a 31000 brand new car that is faulty. I dont know what kinda money you make but mine doesnt come easy and I SURE AS HELL AM NOT THROWING IT AWAY ANYMORE TO THIWS SHAM OF A COMPANY! I am seriously considering wrign something on my rear window such as "2012 Wranglers blow heads BEWARE" and riding up and down in front of the dealer. Because being nice is not some magic bullet. Its real easy to critisize when you have convinced yourself somehow this wont happen to you.. Guess what I think its gonna be all of them in the end 100% and I think Chrysler will go belly up and to that as long as I m rid of it I SAY GOOD!

Ok so you have a shtty dealer who has shtty service who seems to be getting the shtty stock from Chrysler. Why not find another dealer to fix your issues on your Wrangler ??
I agree the GC has a cheap interior.

You know its not jsut this thread or this issue. Look over the threads you got two kinds.. People wanitng to brag about there addons and gully jumpin and then people complaining about their oil usage engine ticks and misc failures of the vehicle.
The jist of it all is you dont spend this kind of money on a BRAND NEW CAR to have trouble. It is just as simple as that. And a warranty is in case something goes wrong not because your planning or expecting it from the start.
I might not listen next time but will make my mistakes somewhere else Spread my money around and let everyone screw me.

Ok now I'm really confused. Ok not really but on 7-22 you started a thread looking for other 12 owners with higher mileage then your Sahara of 1,000 miles because you were paranoid.

yes developed tick after first oil change 3500 (yep I put some miles on a car) I bought the car joined the forum and bam there it was ENgine Problems. Of course I was paranoid just as many others are. the difference is it is not paranoia anymore. So on 7-22 the thread I started was actually looking to make myself feel better. The thread was asking for milage over 10,000 2012 model and It got a few posts from a few people who had no problems maybe 5 then people started posting like 500 miles week old no tick which was not what I asked but i was never rude to anyone to say hey buddy wrong thread or anyhting I just kept reading and then the thread died off. So I am left to wonder was it indeed Paranoia? or Preminition?
Either way I got the tick now and my dealer is trying to act like well you know.......... like a dealer acts when they got your money and nothing you can do about it.

just for the record, my milage improved significantly between 1200 miles and about 3200. I went from about 17-18 average with a ton of highway driving to 22 with the same habits roads trips and travels. Then suddenly it went back to like it was before. Now I am back to 16.9 and that really hurts. I drive the same trip twice a week Myrtle beach to charlotte to myrtle beach so nothing has changed not even the temperature. And yeah I run the ac all the time.

What gearing do you have in your JK? Mine hovers at 17ish in the city, but skyrockets to well over 20 sometimes 25 on flat runs on the highway. I'm rocking the 3.23 gears.
Every motor I've heard recently has some type of valve train clatter. I'm just so paranoid about this right now that I don't even listen to my radio. All I hear is regular ticking and putting. I did notice a significant change in sound between 2500 and 3000 rpm after about 700 miles.
