You know I have about decided. After the berating I took from the service manager at Black Chrysler Dodge in Statesville NC last Monday, I am considering just throwing in the towel. It would be worth the loss just to be done with Chrysler and the SOB Employees and dealers. I mean a service writer hears the tick but the service manager (WHO WAS A REAL JERK) hears nothing. There all the same. Greatest thing in the world when your buying it, ph they all do that when you take it in. I just got screwed on a 12 Grand Cherokee and lost 5,000 on it trading for this Jeep but I just do not see the logic in buying a new car to be trouble free and then worrying daily about it.

Not to mention I took the Jeep in for a leak and they were suppose to order a new part 7 days and I guess no part has come in. They havent called me. I thougth parts come usually next day. But I dont expect any help. I dont expect anything but headaches and hard times from any Chrysler Dodge and Jeep dealers anywhere. Tey are all the same. Maybe Chevrolet and Ford Dealers are not any better but hell after 6 brand new Chrysler Cars in the last six years, atleast they dont know me and I wont have notes on my account that I m an asshole.

I figure be best to loose another couple grand now then be sitting for months without it and I thought Lemon law wasnt just three breakdown attmepts there is something in NC lemon law that says if it is in the shop a total of so many xays. But it is not worth it. It just isnt worth the daily wonder and nervousness this entire thing has caused for me. So yeah I wanted it to work out but damn how much money can I let Chrysler cost me because of their shitty products they are KNOWINGLY still selling to people. They know there is a problem but they keep right on selling them. I had some head trauma in 2004 and thought I had recovered but this entire ordeal has caused me to relapse and have some serious motor skill problems. And yes I blame Jeep. Absolutely rediculous that this car company gets government money only to be sold to Fiat for pennies on the dollar and is still just jabbering away at peoples patriotic intentions claiming to be an American made car. The cars are made in Canada and Mexico and the company is owned by Italians. I Kia Sorrento is more American then a Chrysler.

I am going to find someone; an attorney or group of owners or some legal recourse somehow because I m not going to let a car company kill me.
in the meantime,Chevrolet Camaro here I come!

Oh yeah and one more thing to all you who say I got 9000 and not tick great for you but how much confidence you gonna have in this vehicle at 30,000 40,000 60,000 ? you going to let it worry you to death like me or you going to ignore it and then bitch about it later? Because come on you considering yourself lucky if your head makes it to 10,000 miles?? get off the juice!

Awww...that's so sad. I drove the new Camaro. You couldn't have picked a more opposite direction to go for a vehicle; even a minivan would have tried to climb a hill

Are you really so burnt that you would leave a whole lifestyle behind?

It just kind of bothers me that their seems to be a preconceived notion that if you dont have the tick by 10,000 your not going to have it. I planned to put 100000 miles on this Jeep. This was the las tone I could afford to buy. This was going to be it for life though. And I just cant see it. I can not see ever having any kind of piece of mind in this vehicle.

Oh well I can say I had a Jeep that one time

2009 PATRIOT (Leaks never got fixed)
2010 CHALLENGER (Perfect)
2011 RAM Dakota (to this day the gas hand will go to E for no reason this is a known issue never fixed in Dakotas) {Dealers act like your crazy on this too}
2011 Challenger (Perfect)
2012 Grand cherokee (Awful cheap interior/tickin lifters and same dealer I dont hear it BS) {Yes a Pentastar besides a JK with a problem}
2012 Wrangler Sahara (appears to be doomed) {wait til they shoot down my trade in because this mystery issue}
