If you don't have a limited slip, then no, you don't have a posi. "Posi" is a manufacturer's "brand name" for their limited slip differential. Limited slip is the blanket term for ALL "non slip" type differentials that are not lockers. Jeep's brand name happens to be Track Lock. The best way to be certain is to look at your window sticker or call the dealer with your VIN.
