Ah okay, thanks Jiblet. I'll check the hose after I drive it today for sure. I used 50/50 HOAT to replenish, filled the radiator while it was running and it stayed cool on the drive to work this morning.

I'll try to get a pic, but there's not much to see. I'll try to get a view as far inside the hole as possible to show how much of the bolt I have to work with. It's the top most bolt in the pump, and there is no exposed bolt shaft with the pump on. Can a shop drill that out without having to pull the pump?
