Default P0300 after tune up?!?!

2007 2door. Changed wires, plugs, and coil and then started misfiring. Changed pic valve, changed wires, changed plugs, and put old coil back on and nothing changed. Just wondering why all of the sudden this happened right after a tune up ? Any suggestions on where to look next. Also scoped out my vacuum hoses and didn’t see any damage.
