Default Order Tracking

Does anyone know as to how long it takes the factory to post an order for tracking?
Ordered a Rubi yesterday 1-8, I have my order confirmation sheet with the VON #
When I put in my name and #, it says it is incorrect. Any suggestions? Thanx, in advance.

You should receive an email directly from Jeep within a week or so with your order confirmation. Then you can enter your VON or VIN and it will say production has been scheduled. From my experience, the Jeep site doesn't work very well and is not very accurate. Mine was in production scheduled mode for weeks and then within days it skipped all the other steps and was in shipping. At least you should be able to tell when they start production and when they have shipped. Congratulations on the new Jeep!

ID:	522426when I ordered mine I called the 1800 chrysler number about not getting info and it didn't help by the time I got anything on the jeeps wherabouts , some other guy here on the forum got it for me not Chrysler ! can you believe that ? they only made this available at end but I had the one from the guy that got it all for me ! not through their site that is not the info that's supposed to be made available the info sheet I got from the guy on this site had all the info the day built and where it was on what date and also where it was during shipping day to day I only got it because some one here was good enough to help out not through the dealer nor through chrylers customer service number to call about the order

ps id show you what it supposed to look like but my personal info is on this sheet so ! but its supposed to show every stage your order is at so you know your getting your build and not just some jeep that fits the description that could be in the Chrysler lot or at a dealers parking lot this what I posted is not acceptable for what they say your entitled to know of your order . and their is a lot more that I got too but they don't give it freely as promised

Thanx, it makes sense to keep a buyer out of the loop. (Their Thinking). Guess I'll just Wing it. First time I've ordered. Always looked
touched and smelled it before buying. And I've had more vehicles than my wife would care to count. Now just to have patience!

I wanted a Rubicon, the way all the dealers load them up it was not affordable. So, by ordering I found literally I could go from a Rubicon to an X.
Some equipment on the Rube was part of the X package. I was going to do bumpers anyway so the cost difference was not that huge. Just gotta wait.......

if you gave your dealer your email, jeep will send you emails of production stages. i ordered my rubicon x on november 20th and took delivery on jan 2nd. the holidays slowed it down and took a while for it to ship by rail. worth the wait for me.

6 days later they posted it as accepted by factory and have assigned a production date.
Can't get anymore info from site.
