Auto-lockers in the 'Rear' axle of 2012+ with automatic transmissions.
So apparently a front locker would not trigger it. A rear truetrac would not trigger it. A manual trans would not trigger it. You would need an auto-locker in the rear axle, with an automatic transmission, in a 2012+ JK.

13 JKU w/ TruTrac
I recently installed 4.88 gears and TruTrac in front and rear axles. Used a Superchips programmer. Now when I hit speeds over 70 (3000rpms) the Jeep goes into limp mode, traction and engine lights come on. Codes for Camshaft sensor A (P0344) and Torque Request Signal Denied (C121C).
I’ve replaces the sensor multiple times and with OEM sensors. I’ve had the wiring checked I even had the computer replaced.
We are at a loss here. I’ve read the comments and see there are some issue with rear auto lockers but the consensus is TruTracs shouldn’t be an issue so.....
I’m open to suggestions.

Did you check the Wires for the Speed Sensors? We've seen a few that got tweaked during a regear.
Does the tire height plugged into the programmer match the actual measured tire height, or did you plug in the mfg's over-inflated height?

have not check the sensor wires but I measured the tire higher and plugged that in. They say they are 35s but measure around 33.5

Maybe there is a success story out there. Try searching all the jeep forum domains for the exact string of characters in that DTC, for example: site:jk-forum.com "p0344"
Intermittent connections in wiring would be my first guess. I'd start with ground and battery connections, then the circuit for the cam position sensor. This could be way off base, but my train of thought leans toward vibration and a poor electrical connection.
Maybe someone with a FSM for the 3.6L JK's can help with a wiring diagram, but I'd suggest purchasing one.
