Default No Highway Power

I am tired of driving into the wind on the highway and having to shift in order to keep my speed steady. Any tips on how I can get more high gear power, mainly while driving on the highway into the wind. Tired of having to shift from 6th to 5th just to keep my speed.
Any help would be appreciated...

It's just something you have to deal with when driving a v6 powered brick on wheels. You could regear and it will help. That is the cheapest option.

Regearing will get your RPMs up in the same gear, but downshifting effectively does the same thing.
Just keep doing what you're doing. Some of us even use 4th quite a bit after lifting and bigger tires.

Buy a CAR, but seriously I feel your pain. Comming out of Denver heading West on I70 the elevation goes from 6000ft to 8000ft in less than 10 miles, I normally run the 2 big hills in second (auto trans Rubi, 4:10 gears) at 4000RPM just to maintain 60MPH, I literally shift the gear selector into 2nd and set the cruise at 60MPH.

It's nuts I know but heres the UP side.............at just about any point on my trip I could, I COULD , pull off the highway and drive right UP the side of the mountain. Just keep that in mind as you are being passed by 1001 Toyota Corrollas that are destined to a life of parking lots and getting stuck in 4" of snow.

At least that's what I do.

Maybe this is related to the 3.21 gears and the 6-speed? I've got 3.73s and don't have to downshift to maintain highway speeds.
