Not on the emission system. (which is a complete one from gas tank forward). In some states it is 8/80K.

 

This is a defect that Jeep is trying to hide and not acknowledge. I have 60K on my O7 and it has been having the problem for about 15K but they refused to fix it under warranty. I have pushed the issue now as a saftey hazard and I have to pay $200 out of the total for a new tank. It is funny how they can have the tank in 24 hours, a gas tank is just not an item that would be in stock for 24 hour delivery. I love my Jeep but hate this BS.

 

If you have this problem, your aware that it isn't just filling up like a mad man and it gushes out. Anyway that is great news, C90dan. Thanks for the info.

 

My dealership ordered my tank a week ago and of course it was on backorder. Can anyone tell me where this 2 month estimate is coming from? My dealer said there was no way to know when it would come in.
