If you want a nice riding lift a lot of folks recommend OME.

My experience with the 4 door Jk is that I have a wide range for cargo load, single drive, no doors/top, empty cargo vs. 4 passengers with doors/top and full camping gear load. About a 1000-1500 lbs. difference. I am in no way an expert, but I think it would be hard to find a non-adjustable shock that would feel nice both on and off-road both loaded and unloaded. If you have a stiff shock it will "soften up" with heavy cargo load and "stiffen up" with running empty. This is why I went with the Walker Evans adjustable shocks, and I can dial in the perfect ride for the day. I paid the price, but I REALLY enjoy the ride!
