Ok, let the batt disconnected overnight.
Started up this morning. No more check engine light, no more codes!
Jeep is running smooth and idling smooth. Gas mileage has jumped from 15 to 18.
Now if I could just fix my steering issues..
The 3M product worked great, but it is a scary procedure.
