Need hardtop hoist recommendation
With warm weather around the corner I am in search of a hoist to remove the hardtop on my JKU. I have done some research but need some recommendations. What hoist do you use and how do you like it? Pics would be appreciated.

I have the Harken Hoister for my 2dr top. Easy to install and works great. The top stays hanging from it all summer.

I went the expensive route and picked up a Lange Hoist a Top. Got the power one which runs a bit more than the manual one. Bryan at 4wd hooked me up with a great price.

We also built a manual hoist for my brother in law's top in my garage using the info found here on the JKF. It does the job but the Hoist a Top takes about 30 seconds once the bolts are off the top vs. quite a bit longer and more effort for the one we built. Here is a pic. You can see my hoist a top next to the one we built

For H2OBOY: If you have the cash available (though it really is not that expensive for how well it works), check out www.topcaplift.com. I have the manual version for a four door JK. I've had mine for three years; works great.
