Default Mystery Bolt

I took my skid plate off to install a winch yesterday and when I was all done and put everything back this was laying on the concrete. Does anyone recognize it or know where it might have come from? It's an 18 JKUR 3.6 auto. Thanks

Only place I have seen one like that is in the middle of the inner fender liner / wheel well in the front.

Right near the middle. Check both sides. There is only one per side.
