My Gig started up in Spanish?
For some reason today, the My Gig sound system/satnav started up in Spanish.
Is there a language selection menu somewhere on the screen (& if so, what would it be in Spanish, as I don't speak it) or does it require a dealer reflash? I don't have the instruction booklet with me to check, so sorry if it seems like a dumb question.

MyGig Spanish
I was reading that there was a software update to fix this problem depending on what software version you are running. The fix came in version 9.556:
9.556 MY08V1 RER/REW/REP (North America, Europe, Middle East, South Africa, Australia) released July 2007
Bug fix radios stuck in Spanish or French (Wrangler)
Bug fix radios stuck in Demo mode
No change to Navigation or Gracenote data base
You can find out how to find your software version and find MyGig updates here: http://mofv.com/MyGIG/
Hope you get it figured out.

Problem Solved
Hey, thanks for the info TechJunkie!
With the use of a borrowed Spanish/English dictionary, managed to navigate through the menus to language settings & changed it back to English. Will get on to the dealer today about the software upgrade though; the info on that website was very useful, so thanks again.
