Before you change the fan/ plugs, clean them(plugs) out and goop some dielectric grease in them. See what happens. Also, to completely clean your radiator you need to seperate it from the AC condensor which is in front of it and pull the radiator out to clean the fins.(2hr or so job) You WILL not get all the mud and debris out just running water through it by it still in jeep.

If you use dielectric grease on the connectors, don't get it on the pins and sockets.
Dielectric grease, by definition, is an insulator.

Cleaned the fins out two days ago. Not a fun job. Sprayed two plugs with electrical cleaner, plugged em in, started engine and a/c. Fan kicks on, but sounds like it's got a short. Will speed up for 5 seconds, then slow down for 2, then speed up for 9, then slow down for 4, and so on. But it is working. Anymore ideas?

Time to get a Spal fan if the dealer won't replace it.
