Default Mopar Front Rotor Replacement Anti Corrosive Junk ?
Just purchased Mopar replacement rotors for front. Does anyone know if the grey substance on these rotors needs to be removed before install. I tried brake cleaner but did not make much of a dent in this stuff.

Help...
