I'm glad I ran into this thread. I've had the rattle on start up for a while and it's pretty annoying to have a 2011 JKUR all built up and have it rattling. Looks like I'll be crawling under again. I thought it was my skid plates.

I understand your frustration. I hope you find out what it is. I had a couple issues with my JK to include the rattle, that I could not find a solution for, so I ended up trading it in for something else.
