Beware Maxwell customers! I just took my JK in for warranty work and was denied, due to the fact that the dealer sold me a different warranty than he claimed he did. I was sold the Gold Plus, and received Fidelity seems to think I have the Gold. Who would spend 2k on a warranty that doesnt cover cruise control on an ac blower!? Unfortunately, my receipt just has the price of the warranty, no specifics. Any suggestions? I called a local Fidelity dealer to get a "quote" on my Wrangler. I have a feeling the Gold Plus costs 2k.... Which is how much I payed. Just letting yall know. Kind of a bs post I know.
