Major Problem With My Jeep
Im having this problem with my jeep. I have a BullyDog GT tuner. I dont know if it is related to the bullydog or not. About a month ago i was driving to work and all a sudden waring lights on my dash started coming on one by one. Then my radio shut off and then my jeep just died while driving. I had someone jump me and it worked fine after that. Just this week exact same thing happened again. Jumped started it and couple miles down the road did the same thing. Jumped it again and was fine. Got home and checked battery, ground wire, wires, and alternator. Had both battery and alternator checked and both are fine. Someone told me its probably my computer on the jeep. So i returned bullydog tuner back to stock. Actually made it worse and wouldn't start. So I updated the bullydog and reinstalled regular/tow tune. Starts but some reason after 2500 rpm it won't let me go past. Returned it back to stock and now it barely starts and still wont go past 2500 rpms. Is this the tuners fault or something else?

If you have *not* replaced the battery since new, it is probably due.
Your ecu is in limp mode which is why you are running into the 2500rpm limit. An autopart store can clear the codes and therefore the limp mode for you or you might be able to do it by disconnecting the battery.
I know you said you had it checked but I've seen a borderline battery can cause similar anomalies to what you're experiencing. A dealer can put one in for around $100 and they may throw in a diagnostic with it. Course, you can do it yourself too or maybe even the auto parts store that you went to to clear the codes.
If it were me, that would be the next $100 I would spend in figuring out the issue.
