For the 2008 JK, the headlight wires that leave the TIPM are as follows:
Connector C-3
Left low beam = pin 3 WT/DB
Right low beam = pin 11 WT/TN
Left high beam = pin 10 WT/LG
Right high beam pin 19 WT/GY
Here is a map of the connectors:
