2010 Jeep Wrangler Islander
All lights on in dash ABS, E-brake, Traction control, Engine, Temp gage reading is wrong, ESP, Gas Gage don't work, Speedometer don't work. Replaced fuel unit in tank, replaced all wheel sensors. Xtool diagnostic won't clear the codes. Had PCM checked. Battery tested good (put battery charger on and no change) Scanner shows no speed signal to wheels and displays silly speed, Speedometer states 511kmh while sitting still.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
