I saw someone use thin metal plugs he got at a hardware store, I think they are used for electical boxes...might look good if painted the same color as the Jeep

i remember seeing a member that installed shark fins on his jeep i cant remember who, i do remember it was a yellow jeep. but those looked awesome

Edit: Its Crash, he installed the fins on his rig

I was going to order them online but the the part was $5.61 and the shipping was over $8.00.

The dealer had them in stock for $7.00 including tax.

The new one in addition to the rubber part that snaps into the hole now has an adhesive strip on the bottom.

I'd be wary of anything that bolted into the hood . If they got snagged by a tree limb or such it would probally pull up and bend the thin hood sheet metal.

I replaced mine with windshield squirters. The factory nozzles are not adjustable and squirt high. With the hood nipple replacements bug juice now squirts high and low. Not as shapely though.
