Default Loose lighter outlet

I use a lighter mount for my GPS and the actual lighter outlet has a lot of play in it and I can turn it by hand without anything in it. Anyone else notice this and found a fix?

Take the panel off and turn the outer shell of the lighter on the backside. It should tighten right up.

Here is a video on how to get the center panel out. http://www.coastaletech.com/WRANGLER_INSTALL.htm

Still no luck on this, I think I'm getting ready to epoxy the backside, btw its both outlets and my lighter mounted GPS moves way to much.
