I have noticed my jeep has started to have a vibration when i am at a stop. it isn't always there but occasionally it shakes. when i accelerate i can not feel it anymore. Sometimes it is so bad that my sun visor shakes.. any ideas or similair cases?

Hmm, I don't know, but right off my head I'd check your motor mounts and trans mount.

One thing to keep in mind with the 3.8L engine vs. the 4.0L engines. The new 3.8 crankshafts are muck lighter than the 4.0L cranks. Because of the lighter rotating mass there is more NVH emitted. I also feel the vibration while stopped in gear, feels like the engine and trans have poly mounts LOL.
